Warranty
Warranty: Sylvox televisions and accessories include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. During this period, Sylvox will repair or replace defective units at its discretion once the original item is returned.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, power surges, lightning, environmental factors, or unauthorized repairs. Cosmetic wear, missing accessories, and products without intact serial numbers are excluded.
