1. General Eligibility
Many of our products are custom, made-to-order, or heavy freight items. As a result, most returns are limited to cases of damage, defect, or our shipment error. Any eligibility beyond the brand-specific rules below must be approved in writing by The Tournament House (TTH) prior to return.
2. Return Window & Item Condition
- Eligible items must be reported within the timeframes listed in the brand-specific sections below.
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging, parts, and accessories unless the return is due to damage or defect.
- For freight items, returns and damage claims must follow the inspection and reporting timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy, including the requirement to retain original packaging until the claim is resolved.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order or customized items (including color or finish selections specific to your order), unless damaged or defective.
- Installed, used, or modified items, unless required by a specific brand warranty process.
- Clearance, final-sale, or gift-card purchases.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging and product.
- For freight shipments, follow the damage and inspection rules in our Shipping Policy, including signing "upon final inspection" and reporting concealed damage within the required timeframes (typically within 48 hours of delivery).
- Report concealed damage or defects to TTH with photos as soon as discovered and within the applicable brand-specific timelines below.
- Keep all original packaging and damaged items until your claim is fully resolved. Carriers or manufacturers may require inspection.
- Once approved, TTH will arrange repair, replacement, or return according to the applicable brand policy.
5. How to Start a Return (RMA)
To request a return or report damage, email contact@thetournamenthouse.com with:
- Your full name and order number.
- Product name or SKU.
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage or defect.
- A brief description of the issue and whether the item has been installed or used.
If eligible, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions. Returns sent without a TTH-issued RMA may be refused.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected or a carrier damage claim is confirmed.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the brand-specific policy or required by law. Shipping is offered free of charge on initial orders; however, if a return is approved, the actual shipping cost incurred by The Tournament House will be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to our error or a covered defect.
- Restocking fees and other brand-specific charges will be deducted from the refund as outlined below.
- Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to appear in your account.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same eligibility and RMA process as returns. Availability of replacement items may vary due to production schedules and inventory levels.
8. Order Cancellations
- Once production has begun or an order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If allowable per brand policy, applicable cancellation or restocking charges will apply.
- Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation so we can review options with the relevant brand.
9. Brand-Specific Return Policies
9.1 Ultra Base Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Due to the nature of the product and freight handling, Ultra Base items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Window: Damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Freight damage and shortages must also comply with the inspection and reporting timelines in our Shipping Policy.
- Condition: If a return is approved for any reason other than freight damage, items must be unused and in original packaging with all components.
- RMA: All returns must be pre-approved and require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by The Tournament House.

9.2 The Outdoor Plus & Videl Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility: All The Outdoor Plus and Videl products are made-to-order and are final sale. Returns are limited to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Window: Visible freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Concealed damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- Condition: If a return is approved for reasons other than freight damage, items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- RMA: All returns must be pre-approved and require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by The Tournament House.

9.3 Pinetti Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Pinetti items are custom produced and are final sale. Returns are limited to manufacturing defects or shipment errors.
- Window: Defects or issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Condition: If a return is authorized, items must be returned in original packaging with all components.
- RMA: All returns must be pre-approved and require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by The Tournament House.

9.4 Tupelo Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for new, unused items in original packaging, unless otherwise stated by Tupelo.
- Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

- Shipping is offered free of charge on initial orders; however, if a return is approved for reasons other than defect or mis-ship, the actual shipping cost incurred by TTH will be deducted from the refund. Additional fees may apply if repackaging or parts are needed.

- In addition, a 25% restocking fee applies.
- Condition: Returned items must be in resalable condition with all parts, accessories, and documentation included.

- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method once inspected and confirmed in new condition.

9.5 Geoffrey Parker Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Geoffrey Parker items are custom produced and are final sale. Returns are limited to manufacturing defects or shipment errors.
- Order Cancellations: Custom orders may only be cancelled if production has not begun and materials have not been ordered; any refund is at Geoffrey Parker’s discretion.
- Issues or Damages: If there is an issue with your item, contact us immediately with photos upon receipt. We will coordinate with Geoffrey Parker to repair or replace the item in line with their policies.
- Packaging for Returns (if approved): If a return is authorized, items must be packaged in the same manner as delivered, using original packaging where possible.

9.6 Brunswick & American Heritage Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Returns must be in new, saleable condition and in the original, new, saleable packaging. Assembled pool tables and shuffleboard tables are not eligible for return.
- Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been processed, cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee plus any applicable crating charges.
- Window: Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if eligible. Freight damage or installation-related issues must be reported at installation (if applicable) or within the 48 hour damage reporting period stated in our Shipping Policy.

9.7 WS Games Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Returns must be unused and in the original, intact packaging. To qualify for a refund or replacement, customers must provide proof of the fault, photos if applicable, and proof of purchase.
- Window: Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

9.8 Dominator Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Items should be returned in original packaging with all parts and hardware and be in resalable condition if eligible. Custom, made-to-order, installed, or used items are not eligible for return unless required by warranty.
- Cancellation: Orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund. Most orders ship within 48 business hours.
- Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

9.9 First Team Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Items should be returned in original packaging with all parts and hardware and be in resalable condition if eligible. Custom, made-to-order, installed, or used items are not eligible for return unless required by warranty.
- Window: Any concealed or unnoted damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for claim consideration, in line with our Shipping Policy damage timelines.

- Shipping is offered free of charge on initial orders; however, if a return is approved for reasons other than defect or mis-ship, the actual shipping cost incurred by TTH will be deducted from the refund. Additional fees may apply if repackaging or parts are needed.

- In addition, a restocking fee of up to 35% may apply. Unopened returns that require no inspection are generally exempt from restocking fees.

9.10 Sylvox Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Custom made-to-order items are not eligible for return. All other items must be undamaged, unused, and returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Installed or used televisions may be subject to additional fees or restrictions.
- Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

- For manufacturer defects or incorrect items, Sylvox generally covers return shipping costs.
- Returns of used or installed units are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Products not returned in original condition or missing components may incur additional deductions.

- Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund, excluding any custom made-to-order products.

- Eligibility: Items must be in new, saleable condition and returned in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation.

- Eligibility: Items must be in new, saleable condition and returned in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation. AEI reserves the right to refuse returns if items do not meet inspection standards or fall outside the allowable timeframe.
- Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase if eligible or defective.

9.14 AF Distributors Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility: AF Distributors products may be returned only if they are new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, or if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Installed or modified products and special-order items are not eligible for return except in cases of verified defect covered by warranty. For non-damage returns, products must be in original, unopened packaging with all parts and accessories. Used, installed, altered, or burned items are not eligible for return.
- Window: For non-damage returns, customers must request an RMA within 30 days of delivery.
- Damage and Shortages: Visible freight damage or shortages must be noted at delivery and handled according to our Shipping Policy, including signing the delivery receipt “upon final inspection.” Concealed damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
