  • United States: We currently ship within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Free shipping on all orders.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.
  • Weekend & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Estimated Shipping Times

  • Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom, made-to-order items will follow the brand specific lead times.
  • Typical transit time: 3–14 days, depending on brand, location and method (ground or freight).

5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight partners.
  • Freight Deliveries: Large or heavy items ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery unless otherwise stated in the brand-specific section.
  • Tracking: All orders include tracking details, emailed once shipped.
  • Insurance: Shipments are insured against loss or damage. Please contact us promptly if issues occur.
  • Signatures: Signatures may be required at the time of delivery.

7. General Freight Delivery Information

Important: Freight deliveries are heavy and require customer participation.

  • Most large or heavy items ship by LTL freight with curbside delivery. Drivers are not required to unload, move, or install products.
  • Drivers may assist at their discretion but are not required to move items into garages, driveways, or homes.
  • If access to your street or property is limited, the carrier may ask you to meet the driver at a safe, accessible location.
  • Plan ahead and have enough people or professional help on site to unload and move your product at delivery.
  • All freight deliveries must be signed "upon final inspection." Never sign a Bill of Lading or delivery receipt clean. This protects you if damage or shortages are found after delivery.
  • Before signing, count all boxes and inspect the outer packaging for dents, tears, punctures, or crushed corners. If there is visible damage, you may refuse the shipment or accept it with the damage clearly noted on the Bill of Lading and signed "upon final inspection." Take photos/video of the packaging and product at the time of delivery.
  • All products must be unboxed and inspected within 48 hours of delivery. Any concealed damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within this 48 hour window to our customer service team at contact@thetournamenthouse.com with photos of the product and packaging. Claims reported after 48 hours may be denied by the carrier or manufacturer.
  • Keep all original packaging and damaged items until your claim is fully resolved. Carriers and manufacturers may require inspection of both product and packaging.
  • We recommend recording a video during unboxing to document the condition of the product. This can help expedite any warranty or damage claims with the manufacturer.



8. Brand by Brand Specific Policies

8.1 Ultra Base Delivery Policy

  • Shipping timeframe: Typically 2–3 weeks.
  • Method: Large Ultra Base orders ship via LTL freight with curbside delivery. Drivers are not required to unload items.
  • White glove delivery is not available. Customers must arrange for unloading and placement. We recommend having multiple people or professional assistance available at delivery.
  • Freight inspection: Ultra Base freight shipments follow the General Freight Delivery Information section. All freight deliveries must be signed "upon final inspection," with any visible damage or shortages noted on the Bill of Lading and reported within 48 hours.

8.2 The Outdoor Plus Delivery Policy

  • Made-to-order: All products are made-to-order. Please allow additional time for production and shipment.
  • Shipping timeframe: Typically 3–4 weeks.
  • Method: Large fire pits, outdoor kitchens and related products ship via LTL freight with curbside delivery. Drivers are not required to unload items.
  • White glove delivery is not available. Customers must arrange for unloading and placement. We recommend having multiple people or professional assistance available at delivery.

8.3 Pinetti Delivery Policy

  • Made-to-order: All Pinetti products are custom made-to-order in Italy.
  • Production & Lead Time: Standard lead time is 5–6 weeks from order confirmation and ship from Bergamo, Italy. Delivery is approximately 6–8 weeks.
  • Method: Pinetti items typically ship via international parcel services. Large or oversized pieces may ship via freight and will follow the General Freight Delivery Information section.

8.4 Tupelo Delivery Policy

  • Order Processing & Timing: Standard processing is 1–7 business days. Parcel transit averages 1–4 business days. Freight shipments typically deliver within approximately 2 weeks of order confirmation.
  • Method: Smaller items ship via parcel services. Oversized items ship via freight and require curbside or driveway delivery to residential addresses or dock or door delivery to commercial addresses.
  • Freight inspection: Tupelo freight shipments follow the General Freight Delivery Information section. All freight deliveries must be signed "upon final inspection," with any visible damage or shortages noted on the Bill of Lading and reported within 48 hours.

8.5 George Parker Delivery Policy

  • In-Stock Items: Delivered within approximately 2–3 weeks.
  • Custom Orders: Lead time is approximately 8–12 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Method: Smaller accessories may ship via parcel. Larger furniture or game tables may ship via freight with curbside delivery and will follow the General Freight Delivery Information section.
  • Freight inspection: George Parker freight shipments follow the General Freight Delivery Information section. All freight deliveries must be signed "upon final inspection," with any visible damage or shortages noted on the Bill of Lading and reported within 48 hours.

8.6 Brunswick & American Heritage Delivery Policy

  • Method: Putting greens, air hockey and foosball tables, furniture, cue racks and accessories typically ship via UPS or AIT Worldwide Logistics. Shipment of all pool tables and shuffleboard tables is handled by a local Brunswick Billiards Installation Partner, which includes on-site delivery and installation in the room of your choice along with debris removal. If any accessory is purchased along with a pool table or shuffleboard and the accessory does not require professional delivery and installation, delivery of the accessory is complimentary. Brunswick Billiards Installation Partners do not install any other products and customers will be responsible for assembly.
  • Order Processing & Timing: For in-stock items that do not require professional delivery or installation, orders typically ship within 5–10 business days from the time your order is placed.
  • Items Requiring Professional Delivery and Installation: For items requiring professional delivery and installation including pool tables and shuffleboard tables, orders will typically be delivered in 4–6 weeks, though in some cases this timeframe may be different. A representative from the authorized installation partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery day and time after they have received your product. On the agreed delivery day, the installation partner will deliver the product to your home and set up the product in the room of your choice. The dealer will also remove all debris from your home. Professional delivery and installation services are available for an additional fee. Standard shipping is included at no extra cost.
  • Inspection at delivery: For professional installation products: Customers must inspect the product at completion of installation and note any visible damage or defects on the installer’s paperwork. For freight deliveries: freight shipments follow the General Freight Delivery Information section. All freight deliveries must be signed "upon final inspection," with any visible damage or shortages noted on the Bill of Lading and reported within 48 hours.

8.7 WS Games Delivery Policy

  • Order Processing & Timing: Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days from the time your order is placed and delivery timeframe is estimated between 1–2 weeks.
  • Method: WS Games products generally ship via parcel carriers. Signature is required at delivery.
  • Inspection: Inspect packaging and product at delivery and report any damage or shortages to us within 48 hours with photos.

8.8 Dominator Delivery Policy

  • Shipping timeframe: Approximately 2 weeks. Allow an additional 2 weeks for black powder coated color products.
  • Method: Large Dominator systems ship via freight with curbside delivery. Drivers are not required to unload, assemble, or install. A signature is required. Carriers typically call to schedule a delivery window. Address changes in transit or limited access such as roads a freight truck cannot traverse may incur additional fees. In some cases, pickup from the nearest carrier terminal may be required.
  • Freight inspection and damage handling: Dominator freight shipments follow the General Freight Delivery Information section. All freight deliveries must be signed "upon final inspection." For minor or component-level damage, Dominator prefers to send replacement parts rather than have shipments refused. If damage is present, note it on the Bill of Lading, sign "upon final inspection," photograph the product and packaging, and contact us promptly. If the shipment appears severely damaged or unsafe to accept, you may refuse delivery.
  • Undeliverable Returns: Orders returned as undeliverable are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Outbound shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser.

8.9 First Team Delivery Policy

  • Shipping timeframe: Approximately 1–2 weeks.
  • Method: Large First Team products ship via freight with curbside delivery. Drivers are not required to unload items. We recommend having multiple people or professional assistance available at delivery.
  • Scheduling & contact: Freight carrier will call the customer to schedule delivery. A valid phone number is required.
  • Freight inspection: First Team freight shipments follow the General Freight Delivery Information section. All freight deliveries must be signed "upon final inspection," with any visible damage or shortages noted on the Bill of Lading and reported within 48 hours.
  • Additional fees: Inside delivery, re-delivery, storage, reconsignment, detention, or extended unloading may incur additional carrier fees billed to the customer.

8.10 Sylvox Delivery Policy

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–2 weeks. For custom made-to-order items, delivery is approximately 75 days due to production lead time.
  • Shipping Method: Standard ground shipping for most televisions and accessories. Most Sylvox televisions are stocked items and typically ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation, with the exception of custom made-to-order items. Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on destination and carrier schedules.   • Shipping timeframe: Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours. Transit times vary by destination; most deliveries arrive within 1–2 weeks.
  • Method: Due to product size and weight, STIGA table tennis tables ship via ground freight with curbside delivery. Drivers are not required to unload items. Please arrange adequate assistance at delivery.
  • Scheduling & contact: The freight carrier will call to schedule delivery and provide a four-hour time window. A valid phone number and accurate shipping address are required at checkout. An adult 21 years or older must be present to accept, inspect, and sign for delivery.

8.14 AF Distributors Delivery Policy

  • Shipping timeframe: Most AF Distributors products ship within 1–3 weeks, depending on product type and destination.
  • Method: Large or heavy items ship via LTL freight with curbside delivery. Drivers are not required to unload or install. Customers should plan for adequate help at delivery.
  • Freight inspection and signing: All AF Distributors freight deliveries must be signed "upon final inspection." Before signing, count all pieces and inspect the outer packaging. If any boxes are crushed, torn, punctured, or show signs of damage, clearly note this on the Bill of Lading and sign "upon final inspection," then take photos of the packaging and product.
  • Visible damage at delivery: If the product appears significantly damaged, you may refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. If you choose to accept a shipment with visible damage, the damage must be documented on the Bill of Lading, signed "upon final inspection," and supported by photos taken at delivery.
  • Concealed damage and missing items: All products must be opened and inspected within 48 hours of delivery. Any concealed damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported to us within this 48 hour window with photos of the product and packaging. Claims reported after 48 hours may be denied by the carrier.
  • Partial shipments: If only part of a multi pallet shipment is damaged, you may accept the undamaged portion and note the specific damaged items on the Bill of Lading. Keep all packaging and damaged items until the claim is resolved.

9. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed Deliveries: Contact us if your order exceeds the estimated timeframe.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, contact us immediately for investigation.
  • Damaged Shipments: For freight deliveries, follow the General Freight Delivery Information section, including signing "upon final inspection" and documenting any visible damage or shortages on the Bill of Lading. For parcel shipments, photograph the packaging and items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Missing Items

  • Report missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and the details of the missing products.
  • We will resolve by sending replacements or issuing a refund, subject to carrier and manufacturer review.
