DOES THE PLATINUM GAS HEATER REQUIRE PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION?
Yes. Bromic Platinum Gas heaters must be installed by a licensed professional to ensure proper gas connection, ventilation, and safe operation.
DOES THE PLATINUM GAS HEATER REQUIRE ELECTRICITY?
Yes. While the heater runs on natural gas or propane, an electrical supply is required for ignition and control operation.
CAN I CONTROL THE PLATINUM GAS HEATER REMOTELY?
Yes. The heater can be paired with Bromic Affinity On/Off Controls or compatible wall switches. Smart control options allow for convenient on/off operation and integration with select automation systems.
IS THE PLATINUM GAS HEATER DIMMABLE?
No. Gas heaters operate in on/off mode only. If you are looking for adjustable heat output, we recommend Bromic electric heaters, which offer precise dimming control.
DOES THE PLATINUM GAS HEATER INCLUDE MOUNTING HARDWARE?
Yes. Wall-mount brackets are included. Ceiling mounting poles, heat deflectors, and control systems are sold separately.
IS A HEAT DEFLECTOR REQUIRED?
A heat deflector is not required but may be necessary when installing under lower ceilings or in covered spaces to reduce vertical clearance requirements.
