    • Pinetti: 6–8 weeks (made-to-order)

5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight partners.
  • Freight Deliveries: Large/heavy items ship via freight carrier.
  • Tracking: All orders include tracking details, emailed once shipped.

Important: Freight deliveries are heavy and require customer participation.

  • Delivery is curbside only in most cases. Drivers do not unload materials or provide white glove service.
  • Drivers may assist at their discretion but are not required to move items into garages, driveways, or homes.
  • If access to your street or property is limited, you may need to meet the driver at a safe, accessible location.
  • Arrange additional people or third-party assistance to help unload large/heavy products.

While freight delivery may seem intimidating, our team is here to guide you through the process and help ensure a smooth experience.


8. Ultra Base Delivery Policy

  • Shipping timeframe: Typically 2–3 weeks.
  • Freight delivery is curbside only; drivers are not required to unload items.
  • White glove delivery is not available. Customers must arrange for unloading and placement.
  • We recommend having multiple people or professional assistance available at delivery.

9. The Outdoor Plus Delivery Policy

  • Made-to-order: All products are made-to-order. Please allow additional time for production and shipment.

10. Pinetti Delivery Policy

  • Made-to-order: All Pinetti products are custom made-to-order in Italy.
  • Production & Lead Time: Standard lead time is 5–6 weeks from order confirmation and ship from Bergamo, Italy. Delivery is approximately 6-8 weeks.

11. Tupelo Delivery Policy

  • Carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS, and LTL freight carriers depending on product size and destination.
  • Processing & Timeframe: Standard processing is 1–7 business days. Parcel transit averages 1–4 business days. Freight shipments typically deliver within ~2 weeks of order confirmation.
  • Method: Smaller items ship via parcel; oversized items ship via freight and require curbside/driveway delivery to residential addresses or dock/door delivery to commercial addresses.

15. Delivery Issues
